I don’t like to brag or post too personal of information on the internet, but I just love this market. Just made a couple hundred thousand on a couple deals closed yesterday because of this horrible rotten market everyone complains about all day long. It’s such a fun market to throw cash around!

Two lots. One residential very choice, prime lot. Started as short sale, but bank insisted on a private note being carried with the seller for some of their loss. So, we also tossed a full commission to a relative that needed it. A couple hundred below value.
Second lot was a house with land next to an office building of ours. Enlarges our parking. Because we could do cash with these deals we got them done. Below market for both. First time I’ve spent a half million in a day or had to take a cash counter to a closing.
