I see a lot of ads in the paper offering LO or 2K down purchases but when I call these ads (invraibly placed) by realtors, I cannot get any specifics on the deal. ie the deal DOES NOT EXIST. But they assure me “they get deals just like this all the time.” So this LOOKS like a buyer’s market…
But when I talk to my contacts in Vegas, it turns out that the market is just as hot as it has always been…

Surely there must be someone here in Las Vegas that would like to exchange ideas, be supportive, or just kinda work together to accompolish common goals. I have tried to discover a local group with no avail. Maybe it’s time to start one. Interested?

Would you mind explaining what you mean by “strange”? I have had a few acquaintances tell me that the Vegas market is extremely hot right now, and am curious as to what your impression of the market there is.
