I made an offer and they have accepted. But what legal papers do I need to prepare for a subject 2 deal? I have done several rehabs, therfore I know a little about the business and the only way the deal works if thier mortgage stays in place while I rehab it. They will walk for 1K in cash and I will make six payments, 3 behind and 3 ahead. So what do I do now?
