Go over to Office Max, or K-Mart etc and buy a receipt book. From there it’s just fill in the blanks. Pretty simple really…

Hope this helps

This may sound like a stupid question, but how do I give a T/B a reciept when they pay their rent to me (I’m assuming that I’m supposed to)? Do I just hand write a reciept and sign it? Is that good enough? Or is there supposed to be some sort of formal reciept that I give them?

Thanks a lot!!!

If they’re paying by check, they can use their cancelled check as the receipt. If they’re paying by money order, they should already have a receipt. If they’re paying by cash, then you can issue a receipt if you want to. Before you go through the trouble though, find out if they even want one.
