Just got my copy. Haven’t seen it discussed here. Although oriented toward buying new MH’s from dealers, is jam-packed with all kinds of good info. for us investor-types. Would rate it complementary (and just as useful) as Lonnie’s books, Terry’s MH note courses, and Butler’s new MH note course. Essential to your library. (I found it by accident–have no connection with it.) Buy it now before they run out of stock. --Eduardo
