Jeff, go to the top left of the main page. Under Information, click, “How to articles”, scroll down until you find one by Joe (won’t be far), Click on it. Scroll to the bottom and you’ll find a list of courses offered. Click on one you fancy, the ordering info is at the end.

Joe, i have been looking for your book but dont seem to be able to find it. if you have 2 of em id like to know the names of them, or all of them. ive been wondering around here for a few months now and have bought one of bronchick’s books but i see you as being the guy that i can look up to. you seem to know how to find the deals and are up on all the marketing strategies. id love to read your books. let me know where i can come up with these books.
P.S. Are you looking for someone to mentor???
ive yet to do a deal but i am going to the lawyer to set my LLC next week, so im ready to do this and am very anxious. ive been looknig arond my area and have already made a few offers and several phone calls.
