I’m in the process of approaching a couple of junior lien holders to purchase their notes (separate deals) and wonder what approach have you found to get a great deal.
Anyone want to take the time to post a short script on what they typically say to 2nd mortgagees to get the ball rolling? Thanks in advance and happy investing.
