Hi,

Would a title company even know if I ask for a property-profile of a VA foreclose house? Is there another way to find a FMV? Thanks.

Are you talking about VA Owned foreclosure properties, that the VA has for resale? If so, any offer you make will have to be submited thru a RE broker. Why not contact one and have them provide all the info you need on the property as well as all the comps you need? In addition those properties should be listed on a website for your particular area. So you will know about them as soon as the selling brokers do. Remember, delegate, delegate, delegate.
