since the sale ends the title insurance policy. However if the title was good when you bought it and YOU didn’t mess it up, you should be ok. Next time buy in the entity that you really want.

Does anyone have information on the effects of quit claiming a property from me to my LLC and its effect on the title insurance? Do I need to get new insurance?
