Frankly, if you’re worried about titles, you’re headed in the wrong direction.
For many reasons, I would use no title:
It can help in negociations to allow for that “must get approval” technique.
It might cut down on junk mail/e-mail especially aimed at owners.
3.It allows you to play a variety of roles depending to the audience.
Be sure to spell out WHAT you do- i.e., "I buy houses " and any inducement, such as a finders fee . That will get you the right kind of contact!
