To Flip or L/O as a Start? - Posted by Dave in Vt

Hi Dave, I think you would have to consider the
advantages of both methods and decide or do them both.
I prefer L/O, but if I ran across an opportunity to
do a flip then I would it too. A L/O without
sandwiching could be done by assigning the contract
to a third party and you are out of the deal.

Being new and trying to start a R.E.I. club I was just wondering if it would be wiser to start in the easier field of flipping and then moving on to L/O’s or should I go ahead and jump right into the L/O’s which really excite me alot!
Also how do you L/O without sandwiching? Isn’t that the point of the L/O? Being the Bologna between the two peices of bread? IE: seller—T/B? oh so many questions and not enough typing skills!!! Thanks in advance
