It depends on where you live? It also depends on your current economy. I happen to live in the same area. Winter is a little slower, but it does not stop. “A” credit buyers in my market are not real excited about moving in the winter months, but they are not the only buyers out there.
C and D credit buyers will buy anytime. I specialize with these buyers. They are so grateful they can buy a home, time of year just doesn’t matter.
Hi. For those of you that have been investing for quite a while, what is your outlook on investing during the winter months. I live in northeast, am fairly new to investing, and was just wondering how the winter months affect R.E. investing.
I know this might be a stupid question, but I was wondering how can I put winter months to my advantage. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated?
