I have been accused of being a master of the obvious so excuse me for being obvious. Have you tried asking the prospects what it would take to get them out of the property? Maybe some cash. Maybe take care of a problem they have that you can take care of. Then say the deal doesn’t start until you move out. Hope that was of some help. I know I’d love to have tons of prospects answering my ads or find motivated sellers advertising in the paper.

These people are still living in their houses!!!

I get tons of people in pre-foreclosure, or relocators, but they are still living
in the house! I can get them to do subject tos’ and lease options or straight options,
but what do I tell them as far as being in the house? How do I motivate them to
get out so I can get in and sell?

Please Help. Like I said Tons of calls!!!
