I have been accused of being a master of the obvious so excuse me for being obvious. Have you tried asking the prospects what it would take to get them out of the property? Maybe some cash. Maybe take care of a problem they have that you can take care of. Then say the deal doesn’t start until you move out. Hope that was of some help. I know I’d love to have tons of prospects answering my ads or find motivated sellers advertising in the paper.
