I meet with 75-100 Real Estate agents over 4 counties in 2 different states every month, many of which I have a good repoire with. What questions should I ask them generate leads? I am just starting out and any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Question 2: Find out if they are full or part-time. The full timers will work harder for you. Question 3: Find out how long they have been doing this. Question 4: Find out what they specialize in. For instance, buyer or seller agent. A buyer agent won’t tip the hand as easily. Question 5: Make sure they KNOW the neighborhoods you’re interested in.

I hope this helps, but I’m in PA where things are a little different.

question number one:

What can I do to put money in your wallet/purse?

Realtors make money on transactions… leases, sales and referrals…figure out how to make sure the realtors get any combination of these things and they will be glad to work with you. maybe even give you good leads on expired listings, or listings where the seller may be open to creative alternatives.
