Rudy, I just bought one that way so I don’t see why it wouldn’t work the other way around. I specifically asked if I needed to put the trustee’s name (me) on the deed and was told I didn’t. That’s fairly private, huh? I’ll be interested in other responses.
Will you have any problems with a title co. when you go to sell if you take a deed to a land trust without the Trustee’s name on the deed?
example: Grantee would be…123 Main Street Land Trust…rudy
