Find the seller from newspaper.
Seller move to another house easy to take care her business.
this ranch is vacant.

22 aces ranch,house was built in 2008,4/3 br/bth,good condition.
both realtor sell and sell by owner.

listed for more than 3 month.
ask for $299,900.
said I can buy with cash $286,000. not negotiable.
sawbuck.com est $295,00,low $251,000,high,$341,000.

Maybe I can put under contract then assign for couple of ks profit.

This doesn’t really look like a good deal. You are assuming that the property value will be more than what you are paying for it. Why wouldn’t the seller just try and sell for $341,000? It’s a big gamble when you buy raw land like this. It may sit for years before someone comes along. I would pass on this deal.

you are right,I sent to couple of cash buyer, no response.
