Ed,

I got the feeling from your reply to my previous post that you think I am a broker trying to make a fee in finding financing for my investor friends. I am not a broker trying to make a fee! I just happen to have some spare time on my hands and volunteered to help them. They are A credits and are trying to find 100% financing and a credit line or some other creative financing that will let them buy with no money down and close quickly. Can your company help them?
