Are there anyone REI out there doing flipping deals in DC. I have been trying to find some investors in DC but without any luck. DC is very hot and they are steady building but the investors do not seem to be interested. I see a lot of abandon houses. The ones I call want a certain neighborhood and certain price which is fine, but everywhere the subway or building is going on the property has escalted.Please help I have been doing my research but I need someone to help. Thanks a whole lot in advance and please help I really feel this is something I should be doing and want to do.
