I thought with a l/o you did not have a closing? What type of closing are you talking about - just a signing of the lease/option agreement? Am just starting out and trying to learn.

We just signed a contract today to purchase a 2100 Sq. Ft. brick ranch for $90K. Its a 3/2 with 2 Ca attached, family room with WBFP. The owner paid $114.5K 10 years ago. We can sell this one on L/O with $5-7k down at a price of +/- $ 140K.
Tomorrow we are closing on a two story 3/1 frame house for $18K. We will sell this one on L/O for +/- $40K and collect
$2K down.
