got a call today from a guy, 58, about a repo’d 2/2 DW I have in a 55+ - - - he has his daughter, 25, living with him for the next year while her husband is overseas in the service. Will that be a problem since she is not 55?
He is happy with the terms: 1K dp, 25mo on a 11.5K note (I sold this home once already, but repo’d it a few months ago - no money in it) but the daughter may be an issue . . . hey wait! he says . . . you got anything else in the area She oughta get her own place anyway!
Well, as a matter of fact, I have a 2/1 SW nearby (20 mins) that will be ready in a couple of days - smae terms, only the note will be for 8.5K . . .

I used to have a condo in Sun City AZ, & underage guests were limited to a 3 month stay. Betcha get that 2/1 sold!
