Ty is motivational but the Sheets material is Creative Finance for Dummies. I’m a dummy so I think its great. I have seen it work although I didn’t realize to recently that I needed to concentrate on Lease Options alone. At least til I get more cashflow. Lease Options work everywhere just market yourself and your Lease Option principles the Sheets way! It recently worked for me and I’m about to do it again.
