Mike,

The time frame for an eviction here in FL is between 30-45 days max. That all depends on how much the courts are backed up.

Use a lawyer. One mistake by you can buy the deadbeat time.

I had an eviction in Oct/05. I was able to get the deadbeat out in 16 days and payed $500.00.

To me the cost was well worth it. I was able to get the property cash flowing again a short time after that. RE is a business not charity work. Get a lawyer and get em out quick.

Does anyone have a good estimate of typical eviction time and cost for a rental unit (condo)? Does anyone know this info specifically for Florida?

Thanks in advance, Mike
