I have a house under contract, a foreclosure,with the bank having done 8k worth of work, I have 5 people that want to buy for over 100k, but when I had the lender (hard money) get an appraisal,it came in too low to buy the property,
and I don’t have the difference to put up, any suggestions?
I am trying to find private lenders, or other hard money
lenders in my area, have many out of area? anybody know
