I haven’t shopped around yet but my Nationwide agent said he could get me coverage on an unoccupied property valued at $100K (no land) for $333.00 a month. Yikes! I’m new to this; how do others insure your properties during your rehab/carrying period? Thanks

Search the main newsgroup. I remember reading a post there about program Zurich has for $0.40 per $100 of coverage.
