I do not have the new course. But from what I have heard there are not many changes. Lets put it this way, if you have an older course all of the basics of it are still there.
Use that extra cash you have to start finding deals.

I bought the CS course in October of 2002. I noticed his new infomercials claim the course has been updated. Has anyone seen the new course? is it worth upgrading form the 2002 edition?
With a low to mid 500’s credit score and $1000 cash, I used his methods to put together a no money down deal last December. I found a smokin deal on an unlisted forclosure 3br rambler in Bloomington, MN. The partner I brought in desided the deal was too good to split with me. So he back doored me on the deal. I ended up with a $1000 finders fee and a very bad taste in my mouth.
I now have my own money & raised my credit score to the 580’s range. I’m ready to start looking for unlisted forclosures again. Should I upgrade to the 2003 CS program???
