Hi all,

How does a Federal Tax Lien against the title affect a possible deal on a preforeclosure?

Should I go ahead with a preforeclosure deal with the current owner, or should I let it go to auction? Will the foreclosure wipe out a Federal Tax Lien?

Auction date Oct. 7.
