Two questions:

  1. I haven’t seen any information on using the CS method in Canada. Does it work in Canada? Does anyone have experience trying it in Canada?
  2. Can you live in Canada and use the CS method to invest in the US? If so, are some states better than others for this? What are the financing implications?
    I would be grateful to take advice on these issues. Thanks.
