Does anyone using Carlton Sheets program buy properties in the Dallas metro area? Would you be willing to email or speak over the phone? I need some motivation from someone who is currently doing this in my area.
Maybe even do some joint deals.

I bought the CS program over a year ago and was in escrow on a condo in California when my girlfriend and I decided to move to Austin. We’ve been here about 5 months and are now ready to start investing. We’re planning on buying a duplex to live in half and rent the other. Dallas is a bit far for joint deals for now, but you never kow about the future. I’m excited about getting started and about Austin’s growth. Perhaps we can keep in touch and learn from each other…
