Thanks,I’ll look into the first American real estate solutions. I’m excited about the opportunities, with low interest rates and lots of homes on the market. But I’m a little nervous as well. One of my careers, some time ago, was commercial RE. And you can lose a lot of money very quickly if the market turns down and vice verca. But what the heck it’s a real thrill ride.

Are you in Colorado? And do you do flips? If you flip, have you estimated what % of value investors will pay for?

Sorry for all of the questions. It’s fun to talk to someone else who understands that real estate can make you a living.
