Your local county or university library should have a copy of COMAR (Code of Maryland Annotated Regulations) in the reference section. There is an index in the final volume where you can find the various COMAR chapters pertaining to “usury”. Hope this helps.

Sorry, I don’t. Usuary does not apply to discounted mortgage investment, except in the possible case of “Simultaneous Closings” where a note is created and purchased at a discount at the same time.
