It means that Ocwen Federal will be managing the listings soon. Kind of like Firstpreston and Goldenfeather manage HUDs listings.

Anybody buying any VA repos. How much of a dicount should I expect from VA. I have not dealt with VA thinking that they would be much like Golden Feather. Seems like dealing with the govt on repos is not a real good way to buy since they do not discount enough for my tastes.

hmm privatized. please explain what that means and how will it be different than now. I noticed that they have removed all thier listing that haven’t sold. But who is selling them.
