hi all,

I just moved to Columbia,MD and I am looking for advice for investing in real estate. Is CS’s course worth while in MD? Does anyone recommend another course? My funds are limited which means little money down will be the way that I have to go. But on the other hand, I have good credit. Any advice?!?!
