Be prepared for an inspector to crawl through ever aspect of that home and require you to fix everthing that he finds wrong before you can sell.

A prospective purchaser of my home wishes VA financing. Are there any problems I should be aware of, or more importantly, how may I plan for those problems before they crop up? I haven’t signed a P&S Agreement yet.

They will use VA Form 26-1839 which is available here:
