VA Loans and DOS - Posted by GregN

I was chatting with a realtor yesterday and she mentioned that homes with a VA loan (even those created recently) can be sold via contract for deed (installment sale) w/o triggering the due on sale clause. Is this true?
If so, does that mean you could register your CFD at the courthouse w/o having to worry about the bank calling the loan due? Also, could you then sell on a CFD AGAIN, to a new buyer?
Appreciate any feedback (especially from those that have done it!). Thanks.

If you have the VA loan although, don’t you lose the opp to get another one as long as the first one is tied up?? (Hey I am a newbie.)
