After about a year and a half, I moved into a new home, but I still have the property and I still collect the rents. Do you have any specific questions regarding this type of deal?

I am getting out of the Army soon with my VA certificate, and I have a question. I have heard that you can purchase up to a 4 unit building with the loan. My plan is to buy the building, live in one and rent out the other 3. I would appreciate any help or expertise you can provide. Thanks!

The max you can get is $203,000 from what my mortgage broker said. I was trying to buy a place 2 unit 240k in my area that is what they go for, so I could not do it.
