Work the numbers, read the posts on positive cash flow, cap rate, and multi units. Think duplex, BE THE DUPLEX, use the income from the other units to pay the loan certainly…it is a standard zero down, quick credit repair, slam dunk. The VA loan ain’t nothing NICE so pre qual. for that puppy and get a REALLY good RE Investor type broker/agent.
