then any deed restrictions before buying. around here there’s about a 3% chance mobiles are permitted. see post above on developing a mobile park.

Hi out there,
I live in Baltimore County where in my neck of the woods
there are a number of vacant lots for sale.
My question is , How do I find out if I can put MH’S on
them? The lots are in residential areas.
Any help on this matter would be much appreciated.
