Most commercial properties require an appraisal. Dont get sticker shocked. Commercial reports cost a great deal more than residential appraisals. Go to www.appraisalinstitute.org. There the biggest and best appraisal organization. On the left (I believe) is a search for members. Looks for MAI’s in your area. MAI is the commercial designation. Good luck

we are looking at purchasing a restaurant whcich is the sole
tenant in a commercial building - our lease will contain an option to purchase the building - our lease will be $ 6000.00
per month triple net.
how do i establish the fair market value of the building???
