John The park will only let owners on title stay in the park. I am the Legal owner and My buyer is the registered owner on the title. An investor can not lease the mobile home out. —I know — would be nice to do some lease options.

I think it is more of a comment on the parks in general that the occupying tennant is on the lease; not the owner. I don’t believe the park management lease contracts for pad space allow for assignment to sublease the pad. This is an effort to keep the mobile homes from being rental units; unless the park is in the rental business. :slight_smile:

I don’t think ‘investorrob’ was meaning all of Washington, just the parks he has worked with.
