Steve,
I understand that, but on my set-up the Ad banner always obstructs some part of the webbrowser, even when I move it.

Very Good FREE Internet Service(Netzero users read)! - Posted by Tim Jensen

Hi All,
I know this doesn’t have much to do with real estate, but it is still valuable.
I have used Netzero for a couple months and it has been pretty good (FREE=GOOD). The only complaint is the placement of their Ad bar. With Netzero, their Ad Bar always obstructed the webbrowser. So I went to www.bluelight.com and loaded up their free internet service. It is great!! With Bluelight.com, you can place their Ad bar at the bottom of the screen, this allows you to get an unobstructed view of the entire webbrowser.
You should check it out,

Tim,
You can move the ad banner on netzero. Click on the banner with your right mouse button and go to position.
Your choices available will be there.
