High LTV Seconds sell for anywhere from 30-50 cents on the dollar.

There are a lot of notes available from sellers who used 80-10-10 or 75-15-10 financing in the past year as rates crept higher.

Is there a viable market to sell these notes to, in the $10,000 to $30,000 range? These buyers are typically marginal credit, or they would not have needed the seller carryback.
