I meant - if you find any viatical settlements.
There are many companies that buy out there and some you would not want to deal with. Some are known for doing “commissiondectomies” and others are known for not being reliable or even solvent.
The next step I was refering to was to put you in touch with a broker that knows and has a working relationship with the buyers so that you do not end up with a commissiondectomy on your first deal or two.
In most paper transactions, you don’t necessarily need to work with another broker for the first few deals, though it can be a good way to start for many.
Viaticals is a different animal and I would not suggest starting without an experienced broker on your side for the first few deals.
