Do you know where the property is? That is the first step.
Also, rather than making an offer, it is usually better to see if the seller will provide a price that will satisfy her.
I will be going to OK in late May and early June. I could look at a property then.

RON I have been in touch with the elderly woman who inherited a property in OKLAHOMA, if your interested I would like you to email me then. Since she is willing to unload it, to remove the memories. I will make a 65% FMV offer to her, just to leave her options, and so that she can save her time and money from flying out to Oklahoma, and selling the thing. So email me if your still interested. Im no pro at this, actually i just started REI, I probably wont get anything out of this deal since, I have no idea what “bird-dogging” procedures are.(hint,hint) Waiting for your response.
