My wife and I have been presented an oppurtunity to start investing in real estate, however we don’t no where to begin. We are interested in foreclosures but don’t know wether to pursue bank or goverment foreclosures to relize the biggest profits. Also, where to begin with negotiations and so forth. We would like any help with a starting point and possibly a mentor of sorts. We are in palm beach county florida and would appreciate any response.
