I am a 24 year old female who want to build a real estate portfolio. My only problem is where do I start. A lot of people have told me that I should first be incorporated to reduce the risk of liabilities and for certain tax advantages. I am curious to know how people got started in the business. So if any one wants to write to me with any stories of how they did I would really appreciate it.
