I’m a ways out of that area, but I think that it’s great that we have a resource like this in which the air raid sirens can go off, so-to-speak.
Probably save someone a lot of of headaches.

A couple months ago I posted a warning about a scam artist (Paul B.) who brokered repos in NC for some of the banks. He left town with a lot of investor’s money. I just got word that he is in PA (his homestate) and back in business. He recently tried to sell some homes to an investor in VA. Please, beware. If you happen to run across him, let me know. And if you work closely with banks in PA or VA, ask them if they know Paul B., and warn them. He’s young, scruffy, and often has a “deer in the headlights” look about him.
