Thanks Lonnie, for everything you do and did, and published. Your body of works in your two books and here are powerful. Hope I get to meet you someday when a convention comes nearer. And if Ernest is going to be there hopefully, I might even travel far. grin I’m leaving the mobilehome business now and working exclusively with perfecting a contractual mutual fund to supply money for the growing RTO industry. Good luck all yall with the home selling business and call me if you need me.

I talked to Ernest a couple days ago and he?s doing real well. Still very weak but showing steady improvement, and says he hopes to be at the next seminar. And we all look forward to him being there.
