I agree. “Sell your house” gives the seller the feeling of control and that they will benefit from the relationship. “We buy” gives the impression that you will benefit most from the relationship.

Wanted to get some input. Which do you feel is better for marketing material:

“We buy houses FULL price”

or

“Sell your house for FULL Price”

My initial thought is the second is stronger, but I have nothing really to base that on other than intuition.

Thoughts anyone.

“Sell Your House” give the seller the impression he’s the one in control. It’s the same concept as in when you’re a salesman…people don’t like to be sold, but they like to buy. Let them think they are the ones making the ultimate decisions even if you prodded them along to that point.

“Sell your” is active for the seller. “We Buy” is active for you. “Sell your” tells me what I can do. “We buy” tells me what you can do. I would think that sellers are more interested in what they can do than what you can do.
