HOWEVER…I’m definitely sending you another picture to put up. Actually, I kinda like that picture of John Doe - do you have a Jane Doe to match?

THE LEGAL CORNER
http://www.creonline.com/legal.htm

There are five (5) new legal questions and Bill Bronchick’s
answers on the Legal Corner.

NEW COURSE==>

ABANDONED PRPERTIES…
A System for Buying and Selling Empty and Overgrown Properties

Anytime we get a new course from Joe Kaiser, I know we’re
all in for a real treat. Why?

For starts, Joe has absolutely mastered the art and craft
of putting together real estate deals. But perhaps more
important, the stuff Joe writes about is exactly what he
does every single day of his life. This is not vague theory,
but quite simply the best “in the trenches” information
around. The kind of real-world information you’ll never find
in a book store.

Joe Kaiser excels at finding a money-making real estate “niche”
and then developing and perfecting a “system” to streamline
the process. ABANDONED PROPERTIES is exactly such a course:
A money-making niche with a streamlined system.

Whether you’re a beginner looking for your first “quick flip”
or a pro who’s always looking for an edge, Joe Kaiser’s new
ABANDONED PROPERTIES course belongs in your library.

Joe K - Brilliant Article! - Posted by Sandy FL

What a nice way to take 1998 out … Thanks JP!
Thanks everyone who contributes freely of their time and wisdom to make this site soooo great.

I wanted to say, Joe’s new article (The Contractor Factor) is KILLER! I love it! I am printing it and taking it to my handyman today. He has been bugging me to buy more property for him to work on and I have been bugging him to birddog for me. Your idea is kinda like a “modified squirrel dog”. So smart I wish I had thought of it myself.

 Thanks and Happy 1999
