Didn’t really get back to the computer until today (Sun.) so I have to play some catch up. Some of the posts are going to take a little time to answer like yours and JPiper’s, but I’ll catch up. I’ll answer the “best deal / worst deal” part of the post in a little bit. I’ll detail a bad note deal that was over 1.4 million in profit. But the best deal would have to be the one posted in this forum of $110k profit on a $75k bad note. That one wasn’t the most financially profitable, but I did marry the note holder - so un-condiditonally this one’s the best.

Worst deal I’ll think about and add with some details on the 1.4 million profit one.

John,

Hope your wife had an enjoyable birthday. I also hope she
appreciates how much you mean to your students.

Please tell us about your best note deal. And your worst.

Regards, Marvin
